Coronavirus (COVID-19) Considerations for In-House Counsel Webinar

During the employment law portion of the webinar they discussed how OSH Act, FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, WARN Act, and NLRA requirements apply to common HR questions and challenges. And in the contract law portion they covered the outbreak’s impact on global supply chains, force majeure concepts, choice of law and forum clauses, and civil and common law approaches to “Acts of God.”
