Welcome to the South Carolina Chapter page. We are very excited to serve the Upstate, the Midlands, the Low-country, and the rest of the Palmetto State! We host a variety of CLE and social programs for our members and in-house counsel guests at locations across the state. Be sure to check out our events page!
We are always looking for new ideas and help. If you have ideas for educational or networking events, or would like to get more involved as a member of our Programming or Membership Committees, please email the Chapter President.
COVID-19: A Message to Our Members & Resources
To ACC South Carolina Chapter Members:
On behalf of ACC South Carolina Chapter’s Board of Directors, we hope you are all well and taking all necessary precautions regarding the evolving COVID-19 situation. We are constantly monitoring the impact of COVID-19 in South Carolina. The health and safety of our members and sponsors is our top priority at this time. We will continue to stay informed of the situation and its potential impact to our area as we make decisions going forward. For more information on COVID-19 and steps you can take to help our community, please visit www.cdc.gov/COVID19.
Additionally, the ACC Resource Library has a dedicated COVID-19 section to provide guidance to in-house counsel on legal issues related to COVID-19. As you strive to support your employers, we encourage you to view COVID-19 Resources from ACC South Carolina Chapter Sponsors here. You can also join the ACC online forum to discuss COVID-19 with other in-house counsel. We appreciate your patience through this uncertain time. We will continue to provide you updates as they are released.
