The mission of the Diversity Internship Program is to create a diverse pipeline of attorneys, while providing law students in Orange and Los Angeles Counties that may lack access to and/or knowledge of in-house legal practice, exposure to such practice. Programming will include law student outreach, mentorship and coaching and will provide selected law students a paid summer internship with ACC SoCal member corporate legal departments. Organizations interested in sponsorship or hosting students can find more information HERE.
The Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) has over 1,600 members. With a focus on equipping in-house counsel for success through collaboration and education, the chapter offers more than 80 professional development and networking events each year.
We welcome in-house counsel to become more involved in our organization. For more information on ACC Southern California’s local activities and services, please contact our Executive Director, Betty St. Marie, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Click HERE for more information on becoming a member.

Editor's note: This article was written before the coronavirus outbreak. Like all ACC Networks and Chapters, ACC Southern California has postponed all in-person events until the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or local governments recommend. In the meantime, join one of the Chapter's webcasts, and focus on your well-being (and your community's) by practicing social distancing.
