The Greater Philadelphia Chapter is one of the Association of Corporate Counsel's (ACC) premier Chapters, serving the Greater Philadelphia region, the Lehigh Valley, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. This multi-award-winning ("Large Chapter of the Year" and "Member Excellence") Chapter consists of over 1,800 members who, for 39 years, have enjoyed such benefits as free cutting-edge CLEs, social and networking opportunities and a host of many others.  We hope you become involved with our Chapter and enjoy its great tradition of excellence for the region's in-house counsel community.

Our chapter has been lauded by ACC as a 2024 Gold Chapter of Distinction. The ACC Chapter Award Program recognizes chapters that demonstrate a commitment to promoting member involvement, meeting their members' needs, demonstrating leadership and association best practices, as well as furthering ACC's strategic plan. Highest-rated chapters received a Gold Chapter of Distinction designation and second-tier chapters were awarded a Silver Accomplished Chapter Distinction.  We believe that this recognition is a strong indication that our chapter’s endeavors are consistent with the goals of the national organization.
