ACC St. Louis — celebrating Gold Level recognition for chapter accomplishments!
Founded in 1987 by a small group of in-house corporate counsel striving to create a local organization focused solely on the needs of in-house counsel in the St. Louis region, ACC St. Louis has grown to over 650 members representing more than 185 companies. Three times recognized by ACC as its Chapter of the Year, ACC St. Louis is the preeminent organization serving in-house counsel in the St. Louis area.
In 2024, our chapter was once again selected as one of 10 chapters globally to receive the gold level award in the ACC Chapter of Excellence Recognition Program. This award recognizes our distinguished accomplishments in areas including - governance/operations, membership recruitment, and programming, to name a few. We of course have always known that our chapter is one that stands out and is of distinction, and it is wonderful to be recognized on a global scale.
Our chapter was recently selected to received the 2024 Chapter Achievement Award for the "Best Diversity Programming" for the 2023 Diversity Summer Internshiop Program.
In case you missed it, in 2024 our chapter has hosted more than 22 member and social programs, 36 individual CLE programs including CCI and Golf Spa CLE, professional development programs, Pro Bono Training & Service Days, Diversity Trainings, and so much more. With the great foundation and tradition of this Chapter, there is a lot to look forward to in 2025 and beyond. And no doubt, more recognition will be bestowed.

Much of the work to plan and implement the St. Louis Chapter’s extensive programming and events is done through our committees. We have a variety of committees and serving on a committee is not a huge time commitment and is a great way to get to know more ACC members.
Much of the committee work is done through phone calls and can be done on your schedule so it will fit in with your busy work day. Additionally, Board Members generally come from active committee members. We hope that you will get involved by serving on a committee this year.
