How to reset your password

Summary:

1. Log out of any Active ACC Session
   Go to: https://www.acc.com/user/logout
2. Open the Member Login Page
   Click “Member Login” in the upper-right corner of the ACC website.
3. Start the Password Reset
   On the login screen, click “Forgot Password?”
   Or go directly to: https://my.acc.com/s/login/ForgotPassword
4. Enter Your Username (Email Address)
   On the reset page, enter the email address associated with your ACC account, then click Reset Password.
5. Check Your Email
   Follow the instructions in the password-reset email to create a new password.
6. Log In With Your New Password
7. Navigate to https://my.acc.com/ to Verify Portal Access
