Artificial Intelligence now pops up everywhere and in everything we do —  Time Magazine even named the "Architects of AI" its "Person of the Year" for 2025.  This CLE presentation will focus on the intersection of AI and litigation, including the basics on how to incorporate AI into your practice reliably and ethically.  The discussion will also include insights and tips for in-house counsel when evaluating work product, including real-life examples showing the pitfalls of the use of AI.
