March 31 - Chapter Presidents are required to acknowledge that the requirements and recommendations for ACC chapters have been reviewed with their board and that their chapter is in compliance. Submit your acknowledgment form here.
Ongoing - Submit your Leadership Reporting Form within 10 days of board elections.
Past Due - Financial Controls and Accounting Procedures
Adopt a set of accounting procedures that incorporate strong internal controls, the foundation of which is the separation of duties. Since separation of responsibilities is often difficult with a single administrator, the chapter treasurer must be actively involved to ensure proper management of chapter funds. (See Sample Chapter Financial Controls Policy (ACC HQ 2025).
