On behalf of the ACC Houston Board of Directors, we hope you will join us for our 23rd Annual Ethics Seminar and Golf/Spa event which will be held on September 28, 2022. This event, as always, is our Chapter’s way of showing appreciation to our Members and our Sponsors for helping to make our events meaningful and possible throughout the year.
Golf will be held at Memorial Golf Course. Golf team pairings were available at the course the morning of the event. The Memorial driving range will open at 8 am with a shotgun start to the tournament at 9 am sharp! Light breakfast and lunch will be served at the course.
The spa portion of the event will once again be held at Trellis Spa at The Houstonian. Spa appointments will be set once registration closes. All appointment times will be emailed to attendees prior to the event. Registration for the spa portion of the event does not guarantee appointments at the Spa. If the event sells out, a random lottery will be held and appointments will be set, at that time. Breakfast, lunch and cocktails will be served at the spa throughout the day.
The Ethics seminar will be held at The Houstonian Hotel from 4-6 pm. This year, we are excited to announce that Stuart Teicher will present 2 hours of Ethics CLE on the topic, "The Tech Never Stops". Our devices are dangerous...there are issues with "working from anywhere"...and artificial intelligence is causing all sorts of nightmares. In this program the CLE performer, Stuart Teicher talks about all of the latest dangers, including stolen devices and Rule 1.6(c), the dangers of autocorrect and Rule 4.4(b), and more. Following the CLE, we will hold the legendary Reception with Raffle Prizes! You will not want to miss any part of the day!!
