Associate General Counsel

The Associate General Counsel will serve as a partner and trusted advisor to Zurn Elkay’s business leaders on a wide range of strategic, business, operational and tactical issues. You must be a business-oriented person with strong critical-thinking skills and a proven track record of supporting growth-oriented companies in various areas. You will be responsible for a broad range of areas, including litigation and dispute resolution, commercial and contracting matters, compliance and regulatory issues, significant corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, environmental, labor and employment, real estate and other matters impacting the business. You must be an effective communicator and possess practical, problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex situations and propose usable solutions. You must show creativity, enthusiasm, accountability, and initiative and be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
