The Retail Group is designed to explore the legal issues faced by retailers and their suppliers in the marketplace today. Members currently include in-house counsel of major department stores, specialty stores, and designer boutiques, as well as manufacturers of cosmetics and toiletries, apparel and accessories. Some topics of discussion (for both CLE credit and non CLE credit) include Anti-counterfeiting, Bankruptcy, Commercial Co-Ventures, Consumer Privacy, Gift Cards, Refunds and Exchanges.
