Chapter No Show Without Notice Policy
Please note that although we strive to keep Chapter educational and social events generally free of charge to our valued members, when members register for an event and then do not attend without notice, it hinders the ability of the Chapter and our sponsors to plan and may result in a waste of food or other resources. Please try to attend events for which you have registered and to provide reasonable advance notice if you know you will be unable to attend. The Chapter has a two strike, no show without notice policy. If a member is twice unable to provide the chapter with 24 hours notice of cancellation for a free program for which he or she registered, a $25 fee will be required upon registering for subsequent programs that are free to other members.
To cancel your attendance at a Chapter event, email, Executive Director, with your name and the program you wish to be removed from no less than 24 hours in advance. We thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
