Vasanthika Srinath is currently Global Corporate Compliance Head at the Concentrix Corporation. In her role, she leads and supports statutory, policy and contract compliances for all Concentrix companies across the world. She is responsible for ensuring various corporate and business related compliances such as anti-corruption / anti-bribery, whistleblowing policy, information security and privacy apart from managing third party administrator licenses, collections and telemarketing licenses apart from supporting various businesses in ensuring business compliances right from solutioning to implementation to ongoing business operations.
Prior to this, she was Vice President - Legal at The Minacs Group. Vasanthika has over two decade years of experience in providing legal advice and support in diverse areas such as IT services and outsourcing contracts, transaction structuring and negotiations, technology and intellectual property laws, mergers and acquisitions, investment matters, litigation and arbitration, property matters, retail business expansion and other operational matters. Vasanthika studied law at the Government Law College, Mumbai and practised as a Counsel in both Mumbai and Bangalore for over 8 years before moving on to work as an in-house counsel and is among India’s Top 100 Powerful Women in Law listed by the World Intellectual Property Forum.

Kavitha Gupta, CIPP/A is Senior Corporate Counsel - India and South Asia for Juniper Networks and is a leading Privacy and Technology Counsel with over 16 years of experience in IT & ITES sector. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Kavitha was with Airbus Group India as its Head Legal advising on business and transactional matters in India including Bizlab, Airbus’ start-up incubator and was involved in setting up the first Airbus Flight Training Center (ATO) in India. Kavitha also worked with Hitachi Consulting overseeing the legal function for its APAC region which encompasses IT and Cloud Computing contracts, Privacy and Data Protection, Global Compliances and Employment matters and with Wipro Technologies in the Compliance team heading Compliances for Americas on US Export Control laws, FCPA, US employment laws and was key in automation of employment related matters for Americas and later in the Commercial Contracts team for Wipro Infotech covering India region which includes large government RFPs, consortium agreements and other related contracts.
Kavitha is a Certified Privacy Professional for Asia (CIPP/A) from IAPP and on the committee for India Corporate Counsel with Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). She received the ‘Young Women General Counsel of the year 2015’ by the Legendary, Shri. Ram Jethmalani, Senior Counsel at the INBA 66th National Law Day, November 26, 2015, New Delhi and bagged the ‘Technology Lawyer of the Year 2016’ Women in Law Awards by the Lawyer Monthly.

Wing Commander Prakash commenced his career with a short stint in Central Bank of India and then moved in to the Indian Airforce where he spent the first seven years in the Administrative Branch as an Air Traffic and Radar Controller and then moved in to the Judge Advocate Department where he worked for another 16 years before taking premature retirement from the IAF in 2009 to join the Corporate World. His stint in the Corporate world has been with legal department of two companies viz IBS Software Services Pvt Ltd from 2009 to 2011 and with Cisco since 2011.

Sudha is an accomplished legal professional with over a decade’s experience as a strategic business enabler in leading progressively challenging assignments, requiring demonstration of integrity, courage, perseverance and creative problem solving. Post completion of her bachelors in Political Science (H) and LLB from Delhi University Sudha’s diverse work experience began with legal practice in Delhi High Court and District Courts where she handled civil, criminal, personal and consumer litigation and subsequently moved to working on indirect taxation matters with a leading Consulting firm. She took a career break when the apple of her eye – her son Shaurya was born and started her second innings by getting back to work in the corporate sector with a renowned technology company. Here she was responsible for providing legal expertise to business heads and human resource function on labour and employment law issues, ensuring compliance to applicable labour laws & regulations, establishing investigation guidelines, disciplinary action procedures and developing grievance redressal platforms and implementing POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) trainings, constituting committees and formulating necessary guidelines.
Sudha is a specialist IP, Employment, Regulatory and Corporate Commercial lawyer with varied work experience in assisting large Indian and Multinational organizations, operating in the Telecom, Information Technology and Retail sector, in navigating issues that operate on the intersection of law and policy and impact business certainty and continuity.
Sudha currently leads the legal, compliance, ethics and secretarial function at Nvidia Graphics Pvt Ltd, a cutting edge technology company and is also part of its India management team, being an Executive Director of the Nvidia Board. She supports the business teams in the Indian subcontinent on all legal issues ranging from IP, regulatory, compliance, policy, corporate, commercial and disputes.
