The ACC Hong Kong Board of Directors invites you to the following presentation, hosted by St. James’s Place Hong Kong

The presentation will provide an overview and refresher on will writing and estate planning in Hong Kong. The importance of having a will in place will be stressed and the best practice approach to dealing with assets outside of Hong Kong, such as China, UK, Australia and Canada will be covered. Topics such as guardianship for children and Enduring Powers of Attorney to deal with situations where the donor loses capacity will also be covered.

Wills and Estate Planning Specialist

St. James’s Place’s in-house Wills and Estate Planning Specialist Peter Fenyves specialises in writing multi-jurisdictional wills and has worked with clients from all over the world. Peter was raised in South Africa and has LL.B degree from the University of Cape Town as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree. Peter is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the Society of Will Writers.
