Booming corporation in south Jacksonville seeking to hire in house counsel to add to established legal team and work with General Counsel.
Ideal candidate will have prior in-house experience. Ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' in-depth experience in at least one or more of the following areas of law: commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions (including proficiency in title & survey, financing, purchase and sale agreements, multifamily community developments), non-consumer lending (including real estate investments, commercial lending, preparation of loan documents, underwriting), and/or capital markets (complex financial transactions). Experience with compliance related to lending a plus. Experience with affordable housing a plus. Experience with legal side of raising capital a plus, but not required. Florida bar not required but must be eligible to qualify as Florida Authorized House Counsel. Salary $125k -150k with up to 20% bonus. High energy, fast paced, collaborative environment.
