Xavier Hunter, Head of Real Estate Asia, Hong Kong SAR Xavier has been advising on real estate transactions for nearly 30 years. He recently relocated to our Hong Kong office to support clients in the Asia real estate market and to assist Asia clients with real estate investment into Europe. Xavier has acted in some of the most complex real estate transactions around the globe. His experience covers every aspect of both international and local real estate transactions, including advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail property, secured finance and leasing. He has particular expertise in development work, real estate joint ventures and investment M&A transactions. |
