Chin advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments and joint ventures throughout the Asian region. He also advises on Hong Kong takeovers, Listing Rules governed transactions, corporate governance and securities regulation. Chin has particular expertise in complex, cross-border transactions and was a key member of the team advising on the largest ever foreign investment in a Chinese state-controlled enterprise.
