Join Burr & Forman as they discuss key considerations for companies as they evaluate their risk assessment including Cybersecurity, insurance claims, and workforce issues.

Join us as we discuss privilege issues and recent case law for in-house counsel to be aware of for their own communications, internal and governmental investigations, and beyond.

Financial statements are the language of business. As in-house counsel, knowing how to read financial statements allows you to better understand your business and, ultimately, provide better legal counsel to your company. This program will provide an introduction to reading financial statements for lawyers, focusing on information that is most relevant to legal practice. It will also flag areas where lawyers can provide the most value when helping prepare financial statements. No math or accounting background is needed to read and speak knowledgeably about financial statements once you learn the concepts covered in this program.

The program will provide a review of the previous US Supreme Court Term and an overview of what to expect in the upcoming Term, including the impact that a new Justice will have on the Court. The program will also focus on the practical and legal conflicts at play between the Court, the Administration, and business interests.

Join us every Wednesday for 30-minutes of yoga and meditation.

February 3rd – February 24th.

7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Yoga and meditation is a wonderful tool for managing stress and offers both physical and mental health support for participants.  This program has been designed for ACC-WI members by Gwen Koscinski of E-RYT Yoga and is for all levels…no previous yoga experience required.   Camera participation is NOT necessary!
