Program Description: This program is designed to cover recent trends in national employment litigation, as well as Missouri and Kansas. Among the topics covered are emerging litigation trends, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, pay equity, EEOC focus points, and recent Missouri and Kansas developments. This fast paced, cutting-edge program is designed to be practical and timely.
