Greg is also a Past President of his Toastmasters' Club, a public speaker and writer covering topics that run from habits and productivity to AI in HR and the Future of Work.

T.J. Mattimore is the President and Head of Legal of Vaisala Inc., the U.S. operating subsidiary of Vaisala OYJ. Leading a team of 300 professionals in the USA, T.J. promotes Vaisala’s world-leading position in many environmental measurement fields. A thoughtful and charismatic leader, T.J. works with all business units to improve strategy, operative excellence and employee satisfaction. He serves as chairman of multiple committees, including Vaisala Inc.’s Executive Officer, 401(k) and Welfare & Benefits Committees, and plays a leading role in the company’s government relations and regulatory compliance efforts. Under T.J.’s leadership, Vaisala Inc. has become a Gold Leader of the Colorado Environmental Leadership Program, as well as gaining certification in the National Weather Service’s StormReady program. T.J. is currently overseeing a $16 million construction project for a new HQ building on Vaisala’s campus in Louisville, CO which is scheduled to be completed in June 2020.
As Head of Legal, T.J. leads Vaisala Inc.’s legal, contracts and corporate governance functions. Prior to joining Vaisala in 2012, T.J served as Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for MicroBionetics, Inc. from 2006-2012, and as Corporate Counsel for MBNA Corporation from 2003-2006. T.J. began his legal career practicing corporate law at three top firms in New York City, and has extensive experience in M&A, securities, structured finance, venture capital, and executive compensation.
Sally Sommers
Associate General Counsel – Global Employment, Benefits and Labor Law, Western Union
Sally Sommers is a Senior Vice- President and Associate General Counsel who has led Western Union’s global employment, labor, compensation and benefits legal function for approximately 11,900 employees in 59 countries since 2006. She is currently transitioning out of Western Union and looking to create a new portfolio career. She has significant experience overseeing global employment matters including expertise in M&A, restructures, pay equity, performance management and cross border whistleblower and ethics investigations. She led the transformation of the business operating model which included setting the strategy for the termination of Western Union’s future US labor obligations as well as multiple global restructurings to realign the operational and executive structure delivering over 200 million dollars in cost savings. In addition to her legal duties, Sally has served as a member of the Ethics Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, organized two global General Counsel conferences, led women mentoring circles and served as a committee member on a variety of nonprofit organizations.
