Please join ACC Northeast and our generous sponsor, Shook Hardy & Bacon, for this April in-person program.

To minimize data privacy class action risks, it is imperative that legal departments communicate regularly with marketing, IT and security, as well as other key departments.  How do you ensure that all departments are in sync?

Our panel of privacy and cybersecurity practitioners will focus on how in-house counsel can mitigate ethical, privacy, and cybersecurity risks by proactively engaging stakeholders in their organizations, not just when problems arise.  Using current case studies, the panel will share information on the use of website tracking tools and the collection of biometric information. Citing examples from their day to day dealings, effective techniques to incentivize and promote coordination will also be discussed.

All in-house counsel and compliance professionals are encouraged to attend.  There will be ample time for questions and networking.
