This report details how in-house legal leaders can strategically apply GenAI to bridge the metrics gap, measure internal performance, optimize outside counsel relationships through granular data analysis, and ultimately fulfill their mandate as indispensable, data-driven partners to the business.

We’re off to the races!  Please join speakers Maggie Santen and Abby Littrell from Ogletree Deakins for happy hour and ethics CLE at the NASCAR Hall of Fame as they address the high-speed changes involving artificial intelligence and ethics.  Over a year ago, the ABA first issued a formal opinion letter discussing the ethical issues associated with the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the practice of law. Since then, numerous states have issued additional guidance on the ethical and professional responsibility obligations associated with the use of AI in the practice of law. With this area of the law ever changing, and near constant press regarding lawyers who unwittingly violate the rules of ethics with the use of AI, understanding the boundaries in this area is critically important. This presentation will discuss the latest ethical rules and opinion letters governing the use of AI and practical tips for ensuring we stay on the right side of the line as counsel and advocates for our clients.

The CLE will begin first and transition into a Happy Hour once it has concluded. Ogletree will provide a parking voucher to registrants in early December.

All registration links are located in our weekly email.
