What is Civility: Delve into the importance of civility in the legal profession and its ethical implications. This session will examine ethical rules and guidance related to civility and best practices for maintaining professionalism and respect in communications with opposing counsel and courts.

The O’Jays and Joint Representation: This session will analyze the ethical complexities of joint representation, drawing lessons and inspiration from the music of R&B group The O’Jays.
