You can help children in need!

With this unprecedented school year fast approaching, ACC St. Louis is participating in a summer donation drive benefiting the Little Bit Foundation! We need as many members as possible to participate. This drive can be done remotely and will benefit kids returning to school this fall in the St. Louis area.


Here’s how it works:

1. Choose what item (or items - preferably focusing on one or two items) you want to collect.
2. Purchase all the items yourself or spread the word! Get your kids, friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors involved and tell them the specific items you're collecting.
3. Bring your donated items to the designated drop-off site listed below.


Needed items:

● Deodorant
● Travel-Sized Toothpaste
● Travel-Sized Conditioner
● Travel-Sized Shampoo
● Travel-Sized Shower Gel
● Markers
● Loose Leaf Paper
● Notebooks
● Glue Sticks

Program Description:  Learn the latest on 2020 developments that impact the workplace, including how to effectively educate your workforce on sensitive topics and minimize risk.

 Discussion Topics and Objectives include:

 COVID-19 Update (20 minutes):

· Return to Work Issues:  what types of issues we are seeing in litigation due to COVID-19 and how best to mitigate those risks.

 Workplace Diversity (40 minutes)

· Race and Racism in the Workplace:  managing expectations and training employees on race issues in the workplace amid widespread social movements; tips for implementing a D&I program.

 · Title VII and LGBTQ+ Employees:  Bostock v. Clayton County – what does this landmark Supreme Court decision mean? 

 · Politics in the Workplace: employee speech consideration, implications of limiting employee political speech in the private sector.

 We encourage members to bring an associate or colleague that may be interested in joining the ACC Mid-America Chapter. The Association of Corporate Counsel offers numerous benefits and resources to in-house counsel including CLE offerings and networking opportunities and we look forward to sharing that information with others in the field.
