The Virginia Capital Trail is a fully paved, multi-use trail that runs through 4 jurisdictions (City of Richmond, Henrico County, Charles City County, and James City County) with several attractions along the way. The meet up point, and proposed route offer a short round trip along the Richmond riverfront.  We plan to follow this this 2.4 mile route

Description:

Maynard Nexsen attorneys Tim McConnell, Laura Mallory, and Zachary Henson will address how to effectively and efficiently conduct workplace investigations, including discussions of best practices as well as the “dos and don’ts” of directing investigations. We will also address how to respond to a complaint, when to utilize outside counsel, and how to best analyze the information gleaned from the investigation in order to formulate a remedy and resolution.
