Additionally, an overview of how the current administration, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Attorneys General are approaching legislation and enforcement.
Who’s on First: The transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on professional sports, including a compelling use case that illustrates how to develop and implement an AI framework within an organization.
Foul Ball: The increasing risk of the plaintiff’s bar exploiting mass arbitration, as evidenced by the Ticketmaster case.
Protecting the Plate: An examination of why cybercriminals target major sports teams and the lessons learned that can be applied universally.
