Please note, you will receive a SAVE THE DATE calendar invite after your registration has been reviewed. Make every effort to keep this date clear on your calendar to avoid conflicts. You are making a commitment to donate your time and talent to assist small nonprofits with their legal questions. We greatly appreciate your willingness to help!"

Join this engaging and insightful session to delve into the practical how-tos of creating related entities and sharing data, intellectual property, and even office space. Through an interactive skit, discover innovative strategies and best practices that will empower your nonprofit to maximize its impact and bring in more revenue or your for-profit to make a lasting impact in the charitable space.
With Fall headed our way, it’s a good time to check in on the state of the ever-evolving privacy and data security legal landscape and to take stock of your organization's current compliance posture and ability to navigate changes to come. Attendees will hear the latest updates on state data privacy and security laws and learn compliance tips and best practices. This presentation will also cover topics such as AI, when health data laws apply, when organizations can rely on “exemptions” in privacy laws, and how to address incident response.
