Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Southwest Ohio
The CLE has two parts:

I. Attorneys will attend a traditional CLE with the goal of becoming familiar with common issues
faced by local nonprofits in the areas of governance, employment law, and intellectual property.

II. Attorneys will meet in small groups with a PBPO nonprofit client.
Using a PBPO-provided questionnaire, attorneys in your assigned group will participate in an
issue-spotting exercise with a local nonprofit. Subject matter expertise is not required. You will
only be asked to identify potential legal issues facing the nonprofit and are not expected to
address any legal issues.
Interest Area(s): Nonprofit Organizations
