Vice Chair and Partner Sarah Rugnetta will review a few data incident scenarios and common missteps that the Constangy Cybersecurity Practice Group has seen when handling incident response matters. Sarah will review how certain decisions can directly impact corporate risk and liability. Sarah will also discuss steps legal, compliance and business units can take to improve their security posture, prepare for incidents, improve compliance with applicable laws, and manage cybersecurity risk.
