Business trial lawyer Chad Colton of Markowitz Herbold will teach the nuts and bolts of what to do when your company is sued, how to get the most from outside counsel during the key phases of the litigation, and how to successfully guide your executive team through the ups and downs of a high-stakes battle.  This one-hour CLE will be held in person and will also be available online via Zoom.  

Immediately following the presentation, everyone attending in person is invited to stay for a short reception where the firm will be sharing some hard to find red wines and delicious white wines from their famous cellar.
