Join us for a timely discussion of potential threats to tax-exempt status, including an examination of the potential for changes to the government’s approach to what purposes or activities qualify for tax-exemption; expanded use of doctrines on illegality or fundamental public policy to revoke tax-exemption; and new terrorist supporting organization legislation.
