Overview (Program Summary)
The US Supreme Court opinions in two cases, Relentless v. Department of Commerce and Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, will reshape the landscape of regulatory law in the US. How will courts decide when to adopt agency interpretations and when will they chart their own course? This program will briefly discuss the opinion followed by a moot court experience illustrating how a regulatory challenge might be argued in the post-Chevron world.
