The Program will consist of moderated/working sessions covering the following themes:
Crisis Management:
Crises come in many forms. It may be a crisis involving a data breach. It may be a crisis of having to review and respond to something with minimal time to prepare. You may need to reach someone urgently in a time zone that is completely different than yours. In-house counsel are constantly adapting and responding to crises of all shapes and sizes.

The traditional legal issues remain, along with new and growing areas of compliance: ESG, DEI, Risk, Operations, and even HR. The expanding scope of responsibilities, along with the challenge of every day events, makes the job more demanding every day.
