Join us virtually for Mintz’s Second Annual Developing Trends in Bet-the-Company Class Actions presentation.  The presentation will cover class action trends and provide an overview of what to expect from the Plaintiff's bar nationwide.

Based on considerable experience in defending class actions, the speakers have identified comprehensive, informative, and timely trends and will offer practical insights and tactical tips concerning nationwide consumer class actions.  Among other topics, the panelists will address:

In this program, Squire Patton Boggs’ partner Gabriel Colwell will discuss the keys to implementing effective compliance policies and procedures and what compliance professionals can do to avoid the same pitfalls that they are actively protecting their employers from.
