Baker McKenzie and ACC Southern California's Attorney Well Being Committee invite you to our summer wellness event. The evening will feature appetizers, a 1-hour CLE presentation on Maintaining Mental Health and Wellness in the Legal Profession (which qualifies for Competency CLE credit in California) followed by a fun chocolate truffle making session. Chocolate is a comfort food, and for good reason. Research shows that consuming chocolates releases neurotransmitters in the brain that produce a euphoric effect, help reduce stress, and decrease pain. Guests will receive a Brazilian Brigadeiro (chocolate truffle) making kit of their choice, and an in-person chocolatier will guide participants through the engaging experience. What better way to relax and enhance wellness than with food, chocolate, and good conversation on ways to improve mental health?! Join us!

Space is limited, so register early!  Registration ends July 12th.
