OVERVIEW

With the effective date of the California Privacy Rights Act fast approaching, this program will focus on the practical “dos and don’ts” of preparing for CPRA compliance.  From an overview of the requirements to the impact of these new requirements from the perspective of both consumer-facing companies and business-facing service providers, this program is designed to give a practical guide to understanding the CPRA and how best to operationalize its requirements into your company's privacy program. The Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Bill 2022 ("the Bill") was recently published and is making its way through the Irish legislative process. The Bill has been introduced to transpose the EU Whistleblowing Directive.
