During this interactive session, leading counsel in the region highlight what in-house counsel should consider when looking at legal technology to cover legal operations.

We discuss the digital transformation journey and consider some of the challenges associated with technology implementation, including securing budget, building the right competencies and mindset as well as touching on quickwins using existing tech & buying off-the-shelf solutions.

This discussion will focus on the legal developments in Saudi customs law and the impact of these on those manufacturing outside of Saudi Arabia and within the GCC, where this law challenges supply chains.

We have recently launched regular virtual ‘connects’ providing the opportunity to meet other chapter members and talk about themes of interest.

In this session, we will discuss CLE and ways in which the ACC can support you in obtaining your requirements. We will reserve the last 10 minutes speed networking & welcoming new members.

This meeting is a compliance-focused discussion, where our panellists will share ideas on the launch and implementation of their organisation’s compliance programs and innovation in the area of compliance in the region.

This second session in the investigations series will cover conducting an investigation including: initiating the investigation, reviewing relevant material, witness interviews, concluding the investigation as well as global asset recovery and fraud prevention strategies.
