The power of these new adaptive ways of working and collaborating have been embraced by some employers and will likely never be reversed, resulting in more flexibility, increased health and safety demands, increased D&I and competitive advantage for talent. Moderated by Fisher Phillips attorney Christine Howard, this panel comprised of employment law attorney LaKisha Kinsey-Sallis, Associate General Counsel Amy Wilbur, and General Counsel David Ferrentino will discuss key trends that will influence the nature of work, how to handle certain demands when they are inconsistent with your operations, and the associated legal complications under the ADA, FLSA, and ADEA, among other laws.
