We will discuss the wide variety of regulatory regimes and agencies with potential jurisdiction over cryptocurrency and digital asset products, including FinCEN, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and banking regulators. We will discuss recent regulatory and enforcement activity from each regime, focusing mostly on US regimes but also touching upon some recent non-US regulatory activity.
