gates open at 5:35 pm

food available 6:05-8:05

game time is 6:35

Plus Fireworks!

Please join us on Friday, August 12 in the 3rd Base Party Deck of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham to watch the Durham Bulls play the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. These are the best seats in the house: our own private space with a perfect view of the game from the 3rd base line, protected from the weather and with a lovely cross breeze. We've reserved the entire space for our event just like past years so there will be plenty of room and many seats. We'll serve a buffet dinner, BBQ style. And bring your whole family - all are invited including significant others. Following the game, there will be the Friday night fireworks display. So come and enjoy the game, network with friends and have fun with the family.

This is a members-only event and there is no cost. We do, however, have to give a count to the stadium and get tickets for everyone 6 and over so please:

Register in advance by sending your name to marvin@genzer.org with the number of tickets required - children under 6 do not require tickets.

While we will not be enforcing any rules, we strongly encourage all eligible attendees to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

Tickets will be available at the will-call window. Please have ID.

Finding your company involved in litigation or arbitration is generally one of the last things on your list of priorities. Our panel will offer guidance on early steps to enhance the chances for getting through this process efficiently and cost effectively including: (1) choice of appropriate forum; (2) dispute resolution alternatives including arbitration and early mediation; (3) litigation holds and document preservation; (4) e-discovery; and (5) preservation of the attorney-client privilege.

Modern work culture has challenged women to balance both their professional and personal responsibilities. These challenges can be overcome through mentoring and serving as an ally for others. The reciprocal mentor-mentee relationship provides a channel for professional growth, well-being and for gaining invaluable insight beyond the subject-based skills that are critical to a lawyer’s success; it is the resilience inherited from pioneer peers that will ensure our efforts today leave a work legacy for those that follow.
