Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Central Ohio

 This CLE will provide an overview of a business’ legal duties both before and after a cyber-attack. We will also discuss the types of cyber-attacks that are currently occurring, including ransomware attacks. And we will discuss things a business should do to try to prevent data breaches as well as what to do if one occurs.

· Summary of nature of current cyber-attacks, including ransomware attacks.

· Duties of directors and officers to put in place policies to secure data and prevent data breaches.

· Relationships you need to establish before a cyber-attack occurs.

· A business’ duties upon data breach.

· Remediation after a cyber-attack.
