Artificial Intelligence is playing an ever-increasing role in American business life, and the legal profession is no exception.  As the technology becomes more widespread, the risks of using AI without proper guardrails are becoming clearer by the week.  AI is raising concerns about accuracy of work product, exposure to hackers, and inadvertent disclosure of private information. Courts are showing very limited tolerance for the misuse of AI, and privacy laws in many states present significant risks for unwary GCs, law departments, and private law firms.

Jim Haug, DRM's General Counsel, will discuss these issues with ACC Northeast members and in-house counsel guests.  Jim's practice has focused on legal ethics and professional responsibility since 1992, giving him a unique perspective on the issues that he will be analyzing.

Please join ACC Northeast & Downs Rachlin Martin for this important Ethics Webinar by registering below.  Registrants will receive login credentials 48 hours prior to the webinar.

ACC Northeast is pleased to co-sponsor this Affinity Bar Mixer.  We hope you can join us.  Please register using link below.

  •  Ways attorneys can responsibly use tools like ChatGPT

  •  Strategies to strengthen your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and interview preparation

  •  How to build a smart, efficient job search plan
