A RoundTable is a casual forum for ACC NEO members to collaborate with each other regarding typical in-house concerns—with a dash of perspective from outside counsel.

Topics
Employers continue to navigate a complex maze of leave and accommodation obligations, some of which have been tested— and heightened—during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session will explore some of the most common challenges employers are facing as the boundaries continue to be pushed on the topics of employee leaves of absence under the FMLA and workplace accommodations under the ADA. 

Free, open only to ACC NEO members and invited guests.

Crowell & Moring is happy to host an ACC NYC networking event at Obicà Mozzarella Bar in the Atrium of the IBM Building on Madison Avenue.  

Share the invite with your in-house colleagues.  This social event has limited capacity, so be sure to register and secure your space. 

Italian wines, cheeses, beer and salami will be passed starting at 5:30 p.m. and will run until 7:00 p.m. This event is complementary for members and prospective members.

Following the CLE will be our annual scholarship awards to students at each of our Kentucky law schools and a networking reception.

All ACC Northeast members are invited to our 2022 Summer Outing on August 18, 2022 at Polar Park in Worcester.  This event will be open to members, and each member is encouraged to bring ONE guest to enjoy this event with us. Tips and Tricks When Implementing a Contract Management Platform and other Legal Technology

 

Lawyers are not always the best at adopting technology, even when it may help the legal department serve the business.  In this learning session, Foster Sayers, GC and Chief Evangelist at Pramata, will share his experiences in how to evaluate and implement contract management technology.  Foster will share best practices for how to identify and develop the right technology solution for your company, and lead a discussion on how different solutions may apply to your specific situations.
