We will run through lessons learned and best practices to not only respond quickly but also build the right legal infrastructure to maximize business innovation and minimize risk. This interactive panel event will use a complex health care transaction example to highlight legal considerations around new market entry, transaction barriers, national and international considerations, artificial intelligence and technology, employee leasing, licensing issues, and U.S. Department of Justice enforcement.
