ACC Western PennsylvaniaJoin attorneys from Washington, DC’s Cassidy Levy Kent who will provide an update on recent international trade law and policy developments, and will consider what lies ahead in this Presidential election year. We will cover trade policy developments such as U.S. border enforcement of forced labor prohibitions, China 301 tariffs, initiatives linking trade and climate/sustainability, and trade legislation creating private rights of action to enforce Customs duties, enhanced outbound investment review, and enforcement tools for CFIUS.
