CLE Overview:

Supply chain disruptions have taken center stage in the news cycle during the last few years, bringing commercial agreements into the international spotlight. This program gives an overview of the technology behind Artificial Intelligence (AI) and some of the unique legal issues it presents. Directed particularly at in-house counsel, the program highlights concerning drafting licensing agreements for products and services using AI, contracting for AI solutions from outside vendors, and sourcing data to train models for AI solutions. The program additionally covers emerging regulations in-house counsel should consider relevant to AI technologies, including those covering biometrics, anti-discrimination, and children's data.
