Join us for an informational discussion on pending Texas House Bill 1875 on the creation of Business Courts in Texas. For the first time, all of Texas ACC members are invited to attend a webinar CLE together.  Special thanks to The Texas Lawbook. 

With the goals of improving efficiency, predictability, and avoidance of pandemic-related delay in complex commercial litigations and fostering business in Texas, HB 1875  proposes that Texas join Delaware and 28 other states and create specialized business courts to handle sophisticated business litigations. Key panelists will be discussing the pros and cons of HB 1875 with moderator Mark Curriden of The Texas Lawbook. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions when they register, to be considered by the panelists.

Our 1.5 day conference provides 23 hours of CLE programming for you to choose from, which includes 3.0 hours of Ethics, and is specifically designed for you as an in-house attorney.  Our registration format allows you to customize your program schedule to fit your practice needs by choosing from the many hours of programming offered. Conference registration includes one hotel room (for in-person Early Bird Registrations), continental breakfast during Thursday morning check-in, luncheon and keynote speaker on Thursday, cocktail reception Thursday evening and a hot breakfast on Friday.
