The ACC Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s Real Estate Practice Area Network cordially invites you to its Holiday Happy Hour next month!

Our happy hour will be at Bodega Bar, on Monday, December 2, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at 1223 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Bodega Bar is a hip venue which offers a tantalizing blend of Latin-inspired cuisine, unique handcrafted cocktails, and World House music to warm your soul.

Join ACC Georgia for a Corporate Recoveries 101 Webinar

Earlier this year, ACC Georgia offered an in-person CLE on starting a corporate recoveries program. We received so much great feedback from the attendees that we’ve decided to offer it again as a webinar.

A corporate recoveries program is a vital tool for corporate counsel looking to drive value and even generate revenue for the businesses they support. This presentation will provide an overview of corporate recovery opportunities as well as insights into developing an effective corporate recoveries program. It will also include lessons learned from corporate counsel with mature recoveries programs.
