Join us for a casual summer social to connect with ACC CFL members. Plenty of food and open bar will be provided on the private patio, along with the option to join Jukebox Bingo in the brewery at 7! Have an in-house colleague who isn't yet a member? Please invite them as our guest!

Please join ACC NCR and Haynes Boone for an evening celebrating flavor, fellowship, and giving back! Enjoy BBQ-inspired appetizers, classic Southern desserts, and a curated bourbon tasting featuring an Old-Fashioned station.

In the spirit of ACC NCR’s Year of Service, Haynes Boone will be partnering with Everybody Wins DC (EWDC) to host a back-to-school book drive and ACC NCR members are welcome to participate! When children read, they build the academic and social-emotional skills needed to thrive. EWDC gives away more than 10,000 free books each year. Even more important is that 70% of these books elevate characters and perspectives underrepresented in children's literature.

Haynes Boone is proud to support this effort by hosting a book drive that will put representative books directly into children's hands. Go to bit.ly/HaynesBooneEWDCBookDrive, make your selection, and the books will automatically ship to EWDC for use in an upcoming book distribution.

Come sip, savor, and serve with us!

They will also review proactive strategies for mitigating counterparty risk, such as drafting enforceable stipulations to strengthen a company’s position before a filing, forming bankruptcy remote entities, and requiring prepackaged bankruptcies.

The presentation will also explore transaction structuring considerations, including the enforceability of ipso facto clauses and cross-default provisions, as well as the treatment of administrative expense claims under a Chapter 11 Plan.
