Over the past two decades, ACC NCR has placed 209 local law students in paid internships at more than 80 host legal departments.
We plan to be on the rooftop for the evening unless the weather does not cooperate. Great networking and conversation will abound!

This event aims to empower and celebrate women leaders within the legal profession in the MENA region. It will be a fantastic opportunity todiscuss how societal expectations shape perceptions of effective leadership, the unique challenges women face in attaining leadership roles, and the impact of gender representation on organisational culture and performance. The panel will share their insights on creating a more inclusive workplace, mentoring future leaders, and navigating career-family balance.

The Community Service Committee has partnered with the Friends of the W&OD to organize a trail clean-up on the W&OD in Arlington, VA.
We will meet at the Columbia Pike Park & Ride lot (4850 10th St S, Arlington, VA 22204) and will clean the section of trail that runs from Columbia Pike to S George Mason Dr.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome, including families and friends of ACC NCR members. Volunteers should bring their own gloves and should dress in clothes appropriate for picking up trash from in and around the thick brush that lines the trail (orange trash bags and a limited number of “grabbers” will be available for volunteer use).
Following the clean-up (between 10:00 – 10:30), we have planned a friendly 10-mile “no-drop” bike ride to Gravelly Point, ending at Best Buns in Shirlington for some post-ride treats!
